Sr. Generalist - HR
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in Workday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing HR operations, processes, and strategies, leveraging their knowledge of Workday to streamline and optimize HR systems. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and Workday-related inquiries.
- Manage the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers, utilizing Workday.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Primary point of contact for all Workday-related queries and support for the HR team.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules for PARC India.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and new features.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows within Workday to improve efficiency.
- Assist HR team members in leveraging Workday functionalities for day-to-day operations.
- Provide training and guidance to HR team members, managers, and employees on using Workday features.
- Support HR compliance audits and reporting requirements by leveraging Workday tools.
- Participate in Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations with other business systems.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance standards.
