Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate continuous development and improvement in Warehouse & Distribution processes.
  • Efficiently manage material receiving and storage at designated locations.
  • Strictly maintain required cGMP and Non-GMP documents for the warehouse.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and track material expiry monthly by generating GPM reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all warehouse SOPs with no deviations in distribution shipment and record updates.
  • Safeguard overall warehouse safety concerning material, personnel, and equipment handling.
  • Maintain facility standards for regulatory and customer audits.
  • Update all GPM transactions promptly.
  • Perform physical verification of all incoming shipments and packing materials.
  • Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports.
  • Accurately issue materials for packaging jobs against requisition slips or GPM schedules.
  • Participate in developing, approving, and procuring necessary materials for warehouse and distribution.
  • Review and implement Master documents like SOPs, forms, etc.
  • Prepare and review qualification and validation protocols for warehouse equipment.
  • Successfully face client, regulatory, and internal audits.
  • Ensure all warehouse members are thoroughly trained on equipment, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate efficient operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Take responsibility for any new project work assigned.
  • Align with all GMP regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare for pre-audit warehouse activities.
  • Manage return and destruction activities.
  • Handle preparation, approval, packing list generation, shipment verification, and packing as per configuration.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.
  • Perform cross-functional department activities upon completion of specific training.
