We are looking for a passionate and experiencedSeniorProduct Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery ofEndpointcapabilities across Forcepoint’s cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a strong product mindset, experience with cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity risks andendpoint devices and security.
You willbe responsible fordefining and executingendpointproduct strategy, prioritizingfeaturesand creatingroadmapsfor future development, ensuring alignment with business goals.You will guidethe entire product lifecycle, from ideation/creation to launch,andmaintenance,with a focus onquality andcustomer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Define the vision,strategy, and executionforEndpointacross devices and operating systems
Collaborate across product teams to gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements
Build andmaintaina capability roadmap that aligns the needs of multiple product areas into a unified strategy forendpoint.
Translate customer needs, market trends, and emerging threats into clear product requirements and features.
Lead cross-functional planning, development, and launch of product features.
Help define KPIs and success metrics to assess the adoption and impact of horizontal risk capabilities.
Stay current with cybersecurity threatsandAI/ML trends& usage
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct ownership—comfortable driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and product lines.
Exposure toorworking knowledge of AI/ML-driven product capabilities.
Strong technical fluency—comfortable collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in Agile product development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern data protection, DLP, CASB, or identity and access management products.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
Previousexperience working in a high-growth or early-stage company environment.
Background in cybersecurity architecture or security operations is a plus.
