Job Description:
SEO Strategy & Leadership
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Lead keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
On-Page & Technical SEO
Oversee site audits, crawl diagnostics, and technical SEO enhancements (site speed, structured data, mobile optimization, indexing, etc.).
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture and development.
Content Optimization
Partner with content, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for organic visibility and user intent.
Guide the creation of SEO-driven landing pages, blog posts, and website content.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
Build and manage strategies for link acquisition, digital PR, and brand authority growth.
Monitor backlink health and disavow harmful links when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue impact).
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor SEO specialists, executives, or external agencies.
Work closely with paid media, content, product, and development teams for an integrated marketing approach.
5–8+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally in a senior or managerial role.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
Experience managing large-scale websites and complex SEO projects.
Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
