Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer who's passionate about building scalable, high impact software across the stack, from cloud-native backend services to modern front-end interfaces. You'll lead technical strategy, mentor engineers, and drive innovation across product domains. If you love solving complex problems, influencing architecture, and staying hands on with both backend and frontend tech, this role is for you.


What You'll Do


  • Lead delivery of high-value, full-stack software projects with deep technical involvement.
  • Architect and build scalable systems and user-facing components on AWS.
  • Set technical direction across domains—design, code quality, scalability.
  • Mentor engineers through design/code reviews and technical coaching.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align tech with business goals.
  • Champion best practices in engineering, agile, and DevOps.
  • Explore and integrate emerging tech (AI/ML, cloud-native, automation).
  • Solve intricate system challenges and drive innovation initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in software development, with 2+ years in senior/lead roles.
  • Proven expertise in Java / Spring Boot and cloud-native microservices.
  • Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, EKS/ECS, Batch).
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
  • Solid foundation in system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in integration domains and handling large data sets.
  • Skilled in mentoring, technical reviews, and modern engineering practices.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate tech impact.

Skills You'll Need:
