D&S Enterprise Billing (DEB) is a comprehensive billing platform for Devices and Services businesses that sell digital products and services to B2B customers. It offers an end-to-end billing solution including customer onboarding, metering, tax, accounting, invoicing and reporting.
Our technical strategy focuses on D&S businesses' strategic expansion through advanced billing capabilities that enable complex monetization models and international growth. To scale these capabilities efficiently, we will streamline our architecture and optimize critical system dependencies. We will enhance user experiences for both internal and external customers through self-service capabilities, empowering them to manage their billing operations efficiently.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with tech teams to design and develop micro-services to create new core software services.
- Build service architectures that have rock solid availability and performance.
- Work closely with customers, product managers, cross-team developers to build innovative solutions.
- Use AI to solve hard problems and optimize workflows

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
