Job Description

What you get to do in this role:


An HR AI Innovation Specialist focuses on leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies within the Human Resources space to drive business transformation, improve operational efficiency, and create innovative solutions. 


As an HR Innovation AI Specialist at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing AI to elevate employee experience, drive business transformation, improve operational efficiency, and create innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle AI-related challenges, stay abreast of the latest technologies, and ensure the effective implementation of AI solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our AI strategies and enhancing our technological capabilities. 



Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:


  • Support the development and implementation of AI across the Global People team’s technical landscape 


  • Work with product teams to understand business problems and determine when Artificial intelligence could be a solution 


  • Partner with HR product teams to develop and document business case 


  • Embed within product teams/bpms/AI ambassador to understand landscape and find efficiency opportunities/better tech/other vendors to explore new ideas.  


  • Wireframe – do initial testing of data  


  • Identify and address AI-related challenges and opportunities with existing AI tech. 


  • Research and stay current on AI technologies and best practices within the Human Resources space 


  • Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize for desired outcomes. 


  • Create and maintain documentation for AI systems, including data models, processes, and performance metrics. 


  • Provide technical expertise and support for AI-related projects, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues. 


  • Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. 


  • Work closely with product teams, engineering teams, and relevant governance functions finalize and implement AI 


Qualifications 


To be successful in this role you have: 


3-5 years’ experience in a technical role, preferably supporting the Human Resources business function and: 


  • Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and Large Language Models. In addition, familiarity with other types of A such as deep learning, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision) 


  • Technical expertise - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. 


  • Knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis methods. 


  • Ability to develop and optimize AI models for specific use cases. 


  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI frameworks. 


  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
