We are seeking a well-organized, customer-focused Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management, sales performance, staff supervision, and customer service. This position requires an eye for detail, honesty, product knowledge in gold, diamond, or silver items, and the ability to maintain a premium showroom experience for customers.
Manage daily showroom operations including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and support sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate inventory of jewellery items, including gold, diamond, and silver ornaments.
Handle billing, stock entry, barcoding, and product tagging.
Monitor and prevent stock discrepancies, theft, or loss through effective control measures.
Ensure the showroom ambiance is clean, elegant, and customer-ready at all times.
Generate sales reports, stock movement reports, and customer purchase data.
Train and guide sales executives to meet monthly sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with head office for product replenishment and display planning.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in managing a jewellery or retail store.
Knowledge of gold purity, hallmarking, stone setting, and jewellery weight calculation.
Experience with POS/billing software used in jewellery showrooms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
Strong sales acumen and ability to upsell jewellery products.
