ResponsibilitiesGood Knowledge of Unix / Linux OS including managing/monitoring various processes, the overall health of OS / File systems, etc.Good knowledge of Windows Server OS and its functions including managing IIS, registry, various services etc.Experience in Administration, Maintenance, and support of SaaS applications is a mustHands-on experience in both Windows and Linux OSHands-on experience and proficiency in knowledge of SQL, and Oracle Database is desirableHands-on experience in Automation scripting knowledge (Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting etc.) is highly preferred - with an attitude of building automated processes wherever possible as part of the systemA solid understanding of IaaC tools like Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible will be a plusAwareness and knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud servicesAwareness of critical DevOps and Agile principles concepts with familiarity with deployment automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, etc.A solid understanding of Incidence management and root cause analysis for problem management is a mustPossesses some preferred Certification(s) is important:CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching)MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)OEL (Oracle Linux Certification), LPI Certification ProgramsITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)Cloud provider certifications - OCI (preferred) or others AWS, Azure, GCPExperience in working 24*7 (Including Night Shift) shift model to meet the business need to support production systems operations is requiredThe ability to resolve and troubleshoot the issues reported by customers during the respective shifts is an absolute need in the customer application production environmentsShould have worked on any ticketing tools (Remedy, CX) to manage Cloud operationsAdministration, Maintenance and support of Argus Safety suite products and Oracle Fusion Middleware instances on non-production and production environmentsExperience with Disaster Recovery, Windows/Linux/Unix, web technologiesHave an understanding of cloud computing concepts/technologies & Devops in the areas of SaaS, IaaS etc like Compute, Storage, Networks etc to manage SaaS products
