Based in Mumbai, the role holder will work very closely with Enterprise Risk Management & Business Continuity and Resilience Teams, in UK and other parts of the business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and contribute to the development of robust risk frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about Enterprise risk management (ERM), business continuity, resilience programmes, crisis and incident management. Reporting to a senior member of the team, role holder will be responsible for delivering below outcomes as part of Global Delivery Services in India:     Key Deliverables: •    Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing software systems that support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Resilience and Continuity (BRC) teams.  •    Ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals, while providing direct support to stakeholders across the business who use ERM and BRC tools.  •    Contribute to the development and rollout of both ERM and resilience frameworks, using available tools to enhance processes, improve reporting, and strengthen the organisation’s overall risk and resilience approach.   System support & Stakeholder Engagement •    Be key point of contact for ERM/BRC System support  •    Communicate with stakeholders around systems  •    Troubleshoot and resolve system issues  •    Collaboration with stakeholders and user groups as required      Training & User Guidance •    Develop training materials  •    Update training materials based on system changes and feedback •    Deliver training sessions and materials  •    User Guidance  •    Training      Reporting & Analytics •    KRI Reporting packs  •    Risk Subcommittee analysis  •    ERM Risk Committee packs  •    Improve reporting and analytics process   Framework Implementation & Committee Support •    Support ERM team with Unit/Regional Committee needs •    Coordinate with the ERM team to escalate issues, share feedback, and align on support needs •    Respond to queries from committee members. •    Facilitate training or onboarding sessions for new committee members on ERM practices •    Support ERM team with analysis and tracking  •    System Maintenance and Enhancements •    CAMMS Migration  •    Everbridge system maintenance  •    Develop and implement Communication & Engagement Strategy •    Manage communication channels  •    SharePoint management   Capabilities: •    5+ years of overall work experience in system administration or user support.  •    Experience supporting the full lifecycle of business systems—from initial implementation and configuration through to user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout, maintenance, and enhancement. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet user needs and business objectives. •    Open to learning business systems and tools such as Everbridge, CAMMS, SharePoint, PowerApps, OneDrive. •    Interest in gaining experience in wider business context specifically areas of enterprise risk and business resilience. •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, respond to queries, and manage feedback loops. •    Capability to design and deliver training materials (guides, decks, videos) and facilitate onboarding sessions. •    Ability to tailor training based on system updates and user feedback, ensuring continuous learning and adoption. •    Preferred BCI or IRM membership or working towards.
