Job description

  1. Responsible for TBM assembling with team.
  2. Responsible for driving TBM once the assembling completed.
  3. TBM commissioning with M & E team and PLC electrician to start the TBM.
  4. TBM operating including maintenance of line and grade of the tunnel while steering the TBM and supervising operation of grouting systems.
  5. Checking of Gaps, Lips and steps during the ring building.
  6. Responsible for driving the TBM with references to VMT guiding system.
  7. Coordinating weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance with the machines.
  8. Attending to mechanical breakdowns in T.B.M
  9. Monitoring TBM parameters
  10. Reporting mechanical problems and scope
  11. Shift reports and TBM monitoring reports and daily of reporting progress of TBM.
  12. Responsible for driving the TBM with references to VMT guiding system.
  13. Undertake Cutter head and tool inspection during the drive, take charge of emergency situations within the TBM.
