Key Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor's or masters degree in engineering
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Java
- Strong expertise in building robust and scalable applications development in Java Proficiency in microservices architecture. Hands-on experience in messaging and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience in RabbitMQ / Kafka Deep understanding of database design and implementation. Hands- on experience in - RDBMS and NoSQL
- Product Implementation: Proven track record in deploying SaaS solutions successfully.
- Customer-Facing Role: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Leadership experience to guide and mentor cross-functional teams.
