YOUR ROLE-

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead technical design and architecture for Audio DSP and infotainment systems across QNX, Linux, and Android platforms.

  
  

• Analyzing customer requirements and converting them into design and implementation strategies.

  
  

• Provide technical leadership for complex audio features, DSP integration, and certification compliance.

  
  

• Responsible for developing and reviewing code in C & C++ language.

  
  

• Analysis and resolution of customer and internal reported issues.

  
  

• Support software integration activity.

  
  

• Responsible for software module testing (functional, unit/integration testing).

  
  

• Should understand and involve in various KPIs including certification activities/process.

  
  

• Monitor Android Automotive trends and roadmaps.

  
  

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key Experience/Skill Requisites: 

• 1) 8+ years of experience in Automotive Audio systems with strong expertise in QNX, Linux, and Android platforms and hypervisor-based systems.
  2) Expertise Embedded C, C++ development.
  3) Expertise in Automotive Audio Framework and Audio DSP, Audio routine and Alsa layer.
  4) Hands-on experience with industry-leading SoCs in the automotive sector.
  5) In-depth knowledge of standard and time/safety-critical audio features.
  6) Good to have knowledge of Android Audio Framework, AudioPolicyManager, AudioFlinger, Android HAL, MediaServer, and AudioServer.
  7) Experience in QNX audio architecture, audio routing, and DSP driver integration.
  11) In-depth design knowledge on audio routing,echo canceller integration, DSP driver, A2B driver, Class D/AB amplifier drivers.
  12) Good knowledge on Hardware interfaces and should able to understand schematics.
  13) ASPICE - Ability to create detailed software architecture, requirements, and design documents.
  14) Knowledge of UNIX and Linux and peripherals - I2C, SPI, I2S, TDM.
  15) Decision-making abilities at the architecture level and providing proposals to customers.
  16) Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum processes for project development.
  17) Ability to lead teams and handle customer milestones from a technical standpoint.
  18) Experience in realizing KPIs as per Apple (CarPlay), Google (Android Auto), and Amazon (Alexa) requirements.
  19) Experience in certification of infotainment products in areas like APQM, ITUT, and Audio Tuning.
  20) Skills for analyzing and fixing issues in Android Framework or service layer.
  21) Should be ready to learn new things.

  
  

Qualification:  

B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics / Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation / Computer Science with >60% aggregate starting from Class X till UG/PG.
 

Experience: 

7+ years of relevant experience in Automotive Audio systems.
