Role Overview We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager to help scale and streamline our internal systems, compliance posture, and operational workflows.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Your focus will be on managing compliance and security initiatives, supporting the technical hiring roadmap, driving org enablement, and automating operational workflows that help our teams move faster and more effectively.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Org Enablement & Scale India Operations Partner with the Head of Engineering to define and coordinate the hiring roadmap for technical roles Process execution of the technical recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience Support onboarding and internal IT enablement — including device policy management and ensuring smooth access to core IT tools and systems for new hires 2.
Security & Compliance Drive and maintain compliance efforts (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.
) across our stack Own internal access control, audit readiness, and policy documentation Lead and project-manage cross-functional compliance initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Operations Work with leadership to define and track a forward-looking compliance and security roadmap Serve as the primary contact for external audits, legal/compliance vendors, and regulatory stakeholders 3.
