Role and Responsibilities
The Regional Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and management of audit and security initiatives across the region. This individual will serve as a bridge between various teams, coordinating their efforts to achieve common objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans for regional audit and security initiatives.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies associated with projects.
- Team Coordination:
- Foster collaboration and communication among diverse teams, including audit, security, operations, and compliance.
- Facilitate effective knowledge sharing and problem-solving across teams.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with regional and organizational goals.
- Audit and Security Initiatives:
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external audits.
- Coordinate the implementation of security measures and controls to mitigate risks.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on the progress of audit and security initiatives.
- Analyze audit findings and security incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements and address concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global leadership.
- Communicate effectively and proactively to keep stakeholders informed.

Experience and Skills
- 12 -15 years of experience in audit, security, or related fields
- Strong understanding of audit, Security methodologies and standards
- Proven experience in managing technical projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
