Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the Global & Local stakeholders to deliver high-impact Learning solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager – Learning & Development whose role will be:
- Learning Strategy: Develop and execute strategic learning and development plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop technical training programs, courses, and materials that meet the needs of various technical roles within the organization.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and other resources, using a variety of tools and technologies.
- Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to ensure that technical training materials are effective, learner centered, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Learning Delivery: Facilitate technical training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in person and virtually, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience for participants.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Establish mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Learning Technology: Stay updated on learning technology trends and leverage tools and platforms to enhance the delivery and tracking of learning initiatives.
- Learning Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that technical training content is organized, accessible, and UpToDate.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and department managers, to identify technical skill gaps and customize training solutions accordingly.
Skills and Experience
- 4–6+ years of experience in digital campaign operations or Media Buying management services.
- Hands-on expertise with GA4, Analytics 360, Google Studio, IAS/Double Verify, and ad trafficking tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics (delivery, pacing, CTR, viewability, IVT, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning & development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Analytical skills – able to interpret present information which drives decision making. Experience in Power Bi, Azure, Tableau would be additional advantage)
