The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the assigned region by promoting Dental Implants, Prosthesis, and ancillary products. This role requires developing strong client relationships, securing new opportunities, and ensuring sustained revenue growth while providing high-quality service to healthcare professionals.
Plan, schedule, and execute sales calls with potential and existing clients.
Secure daily appointments with prospects and schedule follow-up meetings to nurture business opportunities.
Drive sales of dental implants, prosthesis, and related ancillary products in the designated territory.
Organize and deliver technology presentations, seminars, and meetings to create awareness and generate business.
Maintain an updated database for each current account and potential account to support sales growth.
Ensure timely submission of weekly working reports and monthly expense reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practitioners, clinics, and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Graduate degree in Business, Science, or Engineering preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in Dental Implants sales is mandatory.
Strong fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Proficient working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage clients.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel as per business requirements
