Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager - East
Based out of Siliguri/Sikkim -North Bengal. Candidate must be open to extensive travel, and open to mobility, as per organisation requirements.
Qualified as B.E. | B Tech Civil preferably with a Postgraduate in Business Management in sales and marketing.
Experience in developing solutions in infrastructure, preferably in Mining Industry projects, negotiating and closing/winning projects with contractors, consultants, and owners.
Strong demonstrated network with key accounts and ability to develop good relationship with customer in the Territory.
Ability to develop and promote internal and external collaboration with stakeholders.  
Demonstrated ability to develop and convert to sales major projects.
Strong technical acumen is a must for carrying out TECHNO-COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY.
Balanced profile based on target based “Project Sales” and “Midstream/Upstream Business Development” activity on both Terre Armee core and diversified segments and sectors.
Must be flexible and adoptable to change as per organizational culture and future requirements.
Must display good communication skill with clarity and transparency.
2-7 years of total experience. 



·   Identify & acquire potential customers and projects to secure business for the company.


• Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business in the assigned territory.


• Analyse the territory and market potential.


• Ensure full knowledge of all the Key Customers' decision makers and key influencers as well as organisation structure and decision processes.


• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


• Presenting, developing and servicing the best and most suitable economical solution to the customer.


• Coordinate technical solutions with engineering department and transfer them into a full technical and commercial proposal in accordance with current pricing and solution strategy.


·       Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.


·       Coordinate with Team Leader and all other departments throughout the whole sales process from  inquiry to project closure.


·       Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services


·       Maintain and permanently update all customer and project relevant figures in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue.


·       Candidate should be well equipped with MS office (word, excel and Power point)


Key Deliverables


·       Participate actively in sales prospecting and forecasting through relationship building with key decision makers for developing business.


·       Be able to develop and deliver business plans and accurate forecasts (including new initiatives)


·       Lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Culture. Lead corporate governance by adhering to Vinci code of ethics, anti-corruption and human rights at the core of all activities. Conduct regular audits in accordance with Company’s policies and work culture.


·       Achieve targets and objectives within the set time frame


·       Conduct Training and Development of team downline.
