IT professionals - KONE Corporation
· Should have 10+ years of experience in application development specific to quality assurance and quality engineering.
· 10+ years of experience and proficient in test definition, capable of developing test plans and test cases from functional, technical specifications
· 10+ years of working knowledge (preferably hands on experience) with test automation and driving test automation plan with the tools like Selenium, Java, exposure to robot framework, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
· Extensive experience in coordinating and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-end testing.
· Knowledge of GenAI based solutions is preferred
· 6+ years of experience in handling communication with stakeholders
· Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
· Excellent stakeholder management skills.
· Skills to engage with the team to expand areas of testing and quality
· Self motivator, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills
· Strong sense of accountability and commitment
· Knowledge of software development lifecycle within Agile environment.
· Working knowledge of non-functional testing
· Experience with SAP testing.
· Exposure in working with the test requirement and management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
· Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile and DevOps ways of working with geographically distributed teams
· Knowledge of release and deployment processes
· Experience in vendor management for testing services
· Right attitude and spirit of accountability
· Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
· End to end test management activities
· Be First point of contact to plan and manage test execution and responsible for timely delivery
· Monitor daily operations, create execution reports and communicate to stakeholders on regular basis.
· Maintain QA metrics, implement innovations and processes, monitor the improvements
· Regular connect with stakeholders to understand the test progress outcome and improvement areas.
· Regular connect with vendors on the focus points, discuss the improvement areas. Manage cross – vendor teams and making sure they are delivering to the best of the business needs.
· Accurately plan to achieve the business objectives while closely working with the business stakeholders
· Actively communicate all relevant information to/from the team, ensuring close collaboration within team and with other relevant stakeholders.
· Lead, direct, evaluate and develop your team to achieve the agreed objectives on time and according to budget.
· Ensure that KONE and testing practices, policies, procedures and processes are met by yourself and your team members (including external providers).
· Gather best practices to share amongst the teams.
· Understand and manage the SLAs, as appropriate.
· Provide accurate reporting on project delivery.
· Establish processes and procedures that increase internal efficiency and effectiveness.
· Supervision and mentoring the testing team members
· Training the testing team members and customer stakeholders
