Job Summary:
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within our Middle Office systems team, you will provide essential operational support to the business by managing data environments, ensuring system readiness, and maintaining data integrity. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and manage deliverables while adhering to strict deadlines. Your expertise will promote efficiency and accuracy, supporting our business's success.


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Oversee data environment and system readiness.
  2. Ensure data integrity through validation tests.
  3. Open new accounts in systems.
  4. Reconcile positions, transactions, and data.
  5. Enter client portfolio requests into workflow.
  6. Run, prepare, and distribute MIS reports.
  7. Maintain client and security static data.
  8. Maintain user configurations and entitlements.
  9. Partner with teams to resolve issues.
  10. Manage deliverables and ad hoc queries.
  11. Service all requests efficiently.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills


  1. Possess strong academic background with minimum 2 years of industry experience.
  2. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Exhibit fluency in English, both written and oral.
  4. Showcase analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Manage time effectively and work independently.
