We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President Markets & Securities Services Operations Non-Financial Risk- Strategy and Analytics
Principal responsibilities
- Manage and Govern utilization of core Non-Financial Risk data to support MSS Risk Management framework.
- Perform Analysis of data and extract themes that can be written up for senior management
- Lead the a data driven culture in Non-Financial Risk Management.
- Manage senior stakeholders across MSS Operations to ensure NFR activities are appropriately received.
- Ability to positively influence and effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to multi task, manage disparate stakeholders, build consensus, and implement effective business solutions
- Actively promotes a positive control culture across the organization
- A committed team player, committed to coaching individuals within the team and supporting them to achieve their own personal development plans
- Ensure all relevant policy is adhered to
- Drive a more proactive risk management framework through enhanced reporting and analytics
- Drive a management by metrics mindset both functionally and across Markets and Securities Services Ops
