This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 700000 (ie INR 4-7 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle — from lead qualification and client onboarding to deal closure and relationship management.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable financial solutions while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Business Development Drive new business opportunities through outbound and inbound inside sales efforts, including calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across individual, SME, or institutional segments (as applicable).
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
New Client Acquisition Acquire new clients by understanding their financial goals and pitching relevant financial products and services.
Conduct virtual product presentations and consultations to educate clients and influence decision-making.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and a seamless transition from sales to relationship management.
Deal Closure & Revenue Growth Own the end-to-end deal closure process, including negotiations, documentation coordination, and final conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant financial offerings based on client needs and lifecycle stages.
Lead Management Effectively manage and nurture leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and internal sources.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Follow up consistently to improve lead conversion ratios and reduce sales cycle time.
Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships by delivering timely, responsive, and value-driven client interactions.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients for queries, renewals, and additional requirements.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, virtual sales, or business development , preferably in financial services .
Strong knowledge of financial products such as investments, insurance, loans, wealth management, or banking services.
Proven track record in new client acquisition and deal closure .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management processes.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven virtual sales environment.
