This role blends creativity with strategic thinking to craft designs that enhance user experience, strengthen brand presence, and drive engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Design & Creative Execution Design visually engaging graphics, layouts, and assets for digital platforms (websites, apps, social media) and print materials (brochures, posters, marketing collaterals).
Translate concepts into impactful visual stories aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals, technical requirements, and user needs.
Contribute creatively throughout the design lifecycle—from ideation to execution.
Brand Identity & Consistency Maintain and evolve brand guidelines including typography, color palettes, imagery, and visual tone.
Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints and platforms.
UI & Experience Design Create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and software applications.
Balance aesthetics with usability to deliver seamless user experiences.
Marketing & Campaign Assets Design high-impact marketing creatives such as banners, ads, email templates, presentations, and infographics.
Support campaigns with visually persuasive content that drives engagement and conversion.
Iteration & Quality Control Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine designs.
Ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and high-quality outputs.
Production & Asset Management Prepare and export design files in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, PPTX, Word) optimized for web, print, and development use.
Ensure proper resolution, color accuracy, and format compatibility.
Innovation & Trend Awareness Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
Proactively suggest innovative approaches to visual storytelling and branding.
Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritize tasks effectively without compromising quality.
Required QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent experience or certifications supported by a strong portfolio will also be considered.
Experience 2–5 years of professional experience in visual design.
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI design, and marketing creatives.
Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Canva, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, grid systems, balance, and contrast.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and production-ready file preparation for digital and print.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles.
Working knowledge of CorelDraw is a plus.
Soft Skills Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and visual precision.
Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, tools, and trends.

Preferred Qualifications Portfolio demonstrating design-led problem solving across industries and platforms.
