Job Summary:


The Supply Chain Visualization & Product Development Logistics Analyst is responsible for analysing and optimizing supply chain processes, supporting product development logistics, and utilizing advanced visualization tools to enhance transparency and decision-making. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations and successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain analytics, logistics, and data visualization.


Based at our Bengaluru India corporate office, you will report directly to the Data & Insights Leader for ISC


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track supply chain performance.
  • Support the logistics aspects of product development, including procurement, production, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Assist in managing product development timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Utilize advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and reports that provide insights into supply chain and product development performance.
  • Present data findings and visualizations to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all visualizations and reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, product development, and finance, to understand their data needs and requirements.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve supply chain and product development processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and product development logistics.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and product development activities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:


·Education:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.


·Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or a related field.


Key Competencies:


  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
