Job Description

The Vice President -Ways of Working will lead the organization’s transformation to modern ways of working, agile mindset, practices, and frameworks across multiple Markets Operations & Technology applications. This executive will be responsible for contributing to the strategic vision of excellence in execution for the business unit and enable us to achieve double/half &quarter goals. They will lead the adoption of modern ways of working, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering successful outcomes through development cycle for all focus applications with Markets O& T Tech. They will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that agile practices are effectively adopted and embedded in the organization's day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities


- Champion agile principles and culture at the executive level and ensure alignment across the enterprise.


 - Serve as a thought leader and expert in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, etc.) and their implementation at scale.


-  Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to improve productivity, speed, and flexibility.


  - Provide coaching and mentorship to agile teams, product owners, and leadership to ensure "Shift Left" culture adoption.


  - Build a network of agile champions across the organization to help sustain agile ways of working.


- Establish governance frameworks for tracking the effectiveness of Excellence in Execution program ensuring teams meet business outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).


  - Manage agile performance metrics and reporting for senior leadership, demonstrating the value of ways of working initiatives in terms of efficiency and results.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in leadership roles, with significant expertise in implementing and scaling agile methodologies in large enterprises.
  •  Strong understanding of various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and their practical application.
  •  Track record of leading agile transformations and working with cross-functional teams.
  •  Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels of the organization.
  •  Familiarity with digital tools that support agile project management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro etc.).
  •  Expertise or practical experience in modern ways of working concepts (BDD, TDD, Domain Driven Design, Test Automation Frameworks)
  •  Ability to inspire and drive cultural change towards agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • 10+ year’ experience executing the Agile software development methodology, operating in the role of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
  • 5+ years and expert-level knowledge of JIRA
  • Demonstrated experience designing, planning, and implementing a transformation to Agile methodology for a global organization.
  • 10+ years’ experience acting in the role of Agile and Scrum Coach for multiple globally dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification in agile practices (Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, etc.).
  • Experience in technology-driven industries or organizations undergoing digital transformation.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD Automation Tool.
  • Prior experience in defining and generating metrics to track ways of working adoption.
