Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments with 6–8 years of experience in system administration.
• 4+ years of proven expertise in VMware virtualization (ESXi, vCenter, vSphere).
• Support and maintain large-scale data center infrastructures with 4000+ virtual machines across global environments (100+ ESX hosts).
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of ESXi hosts, vCenter environments, and VMware infrastructure.
• Configure and manage High Availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduling (DRS), and SRM (Site Recovery Manager).
• Execute P2V, V2V, and V2P migrations.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Provide administration and support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and Windows clustering.
• Maintain and manage SQL databases as part of infrastructure support.
• Work on Dell server hardware products and provide root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.
• Document processes and ensure adherence to compliance and best practices.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Administration and troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of experience in VMware virtualization (consulting and enterprise environments).
• 2+ years of automation experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, clustering, and networking concepts.
• Experience working in large enterprise-scale environments with global infrastructure.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech, MCA) or equivalent.
• Certifications preferred: VMware 7.X/8.x Certification, MCP/MCSA/MCSE.
• Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for working with global teams and stakeholders.

BE/B.Tech degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
