a)Lead the implementation of HSE plan in line with HSE Policy to undertake completion/workover activities in a reasonable and practicable step to safeguard the personnel safety and Company’s asset, protection of the environment and uphold the Company’s image. b)Update and cross-check the material inventory to ensure the current material stock will meet with the workload/work plan. c)Skillful in giving written and oral instructions in English on daily basis for completion and workover supervisors, and undertake all kinds of paper work in English. d)Strong understanding of down hole materials and conditions, familiar with all the tools used for well completions and well interventions. e)Capable of supervising vertical and horizontal well operations of Completion, Workover, ESP Installation, Stimulation and Other Down-hole Activities, etc. f)Master well killing sheet and procedures, and be able to organize well killing operation at site. g)Skillful in calculation of the Completion and Workover parameters, such as hydraulics, well killing, mud weighting, downhole pressure, annulus speed and gas immigration speed, etc. h)Capable of inputting the Completion and Workover Daily Report with WELLVIEW software provided by Company. i)Capable of initiating and reviewing Final Post Job Reports and capture the lessons learnt after each operation. j)Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT and PROJECT, etc. k)Excellent coordination skills with others. l)Demonstrable leadership and people management ability. m)Strong organizational and time management skills. n)Ability to work with hard climate condition for long hours.
