Write captions, hooks, and scripts that are scroll-stopping and brand-aligned.
Be hands-on in content production — filming, editing, directing, and experimenting.
Test, learn, and evolve your content based on performance and feedback.
What we're looking for: 3–5 years of experience creating content in a digital-first environment — agency, in-house, freelance, or your own platform.
A portfolio (or feed) that shows range, creativity, and an understanding of different formats and platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts).
Strong writing skills with a knack for voice, tone, and storytelling.
Comfort with tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or whatever helps you create fast and well.
A curious mind and an adaptable voice — you can shift tone and format without losing authenticity.
Confidence to pitch ideas, take creative risks, and own your projects from start to finish.
