Role Summary


Shull Company is hiring Field Sales Representatives to promote and sell technology solutions and electronic applications to customers in the medical and pharmaceutical sector. This role is highly field-focused and requires strong relationship-building, communication, and closing skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and medical/pharma customers.
  • Present and explain products/solutions professionally and clearly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new leads, generate opportunities, and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular activity/sales reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, pipelines, and customer updates.
