The HR Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources function, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.

5. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll processes and liaise with Finance for accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Benchmark compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.
Manage employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
6. Compliance & Administration Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and hospitality industry standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
