Handle HR-related documentation and coordinate with government agencies for labor law compliance.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy in employee benefits, deductions, and tax filings.
Coordinate work permits and residency procedures for foreign employees.
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
Act as a point of contact between the company and government institutions for HR-related matters.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor rights.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management in decision-making.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR functions, particularly recruitment and government compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security, and taxation regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently with government institutions and regulatory bodies.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
