The Role

As a Product Manager at Toters, you will be a key driver in defining the strategy and execution for high-impact products that span our user base in multiple countries. You will own the product vision, define the roadmap, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. This role is open for experienced PMs and offers the exciting opportunity to tackle complex challenges, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and directly contribute to Toters' growth and success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

• Shape the Future:Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for key areas of the Toters platform.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and operations to translate vision into impactful products.
• Drive Innovation:Identify market opportunities, conduct user research, and translate insights into compelling product features and enhancements.
• Own the Execution:Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Communicate and Influence:Clearly articulate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders across the organization, including leadership.
• Solve Real-World Problems:Develop solutions that address the evolving needs of our users and contribute to the growth of local economies.

We're Excited About You Because You Have…

• Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in software product management. Alternatively, extensive experience in software development or engineering, or management consulting and investment banking in the telecom and technology industries.
• Demonstrated leadership expertise with a minimum of 3 years of team management experience, highlighted by a history of building and scaling high-performing, results-driven teams
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals, driving product decisions that align with company strategy
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, bias towards action, and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong track record of collaborating effectively with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product releases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.  
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify assumptions and develop business cases. 
• Experience in writing detailed and complete product requirements and functional specifications.
• A passion for understanding user needs and a drive to build impactful and user-centric products.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage timelines.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive deep and get things done.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. M.B.A degree preferred.
