We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our construction team.
In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection across our residential complexes and infrastructure projects.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring that every system is designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest technical and safety standards, directly shaping the quality and sustainability of our developments.

). Ensure compliance with international standards and codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, UPC).
Work with architects and consultants to integrate systems smoothly into project designs.
Assess proposed materials and equipment for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
On-Site Execution & Coordination Serve as the technical focal point for all mechanical works on-site.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Monitor installation progress against design and project schedule.
Conduct inspections to confirm quality, safety, and best practices .
Quality & Compliance Enforce strict quality control procedures.
Witness and approve testing and commissioning activities (e.
g., HVAC balancing, pipe pressure tests, fire pumps).
Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and test results.
Problem-Solving Detect potential design or installation issues early.
Troubleshoot system malfunctions and propose effective, practical solutions.
Liaise with vendors and specialists for technical problem resolution.
Reporting & Documentation Prepare technical reports, site updates, and variance analyses.
Review and manage “as-built” drawings.
Track warranties, serial numbers, and maintenance manuals for installed systems.
What We’re Looking For Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : 1-3 years in mechanical engineering roles within the construction sector , ideally on residential or infrastructure projects.
Skills : Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection design/installation.
Familiarity with building codes and safety standards.
Ability to read and review drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other design tools is a plus.
Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient practices is highly desirable.
