Job description

    Must be able to create strategies by analyzing information and processes and present their findings , able to multitask and oversee several operations at a time,  excellent time management and interpersonal skills,  monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, examining products to determine their quality and engaging with customers and gathering product feedback, among other duties.

Main responsibilities:

1.Plan a production schedule for the work , implement and control the production schedule , review and adjust the schedule where needed, determine the human resources required, and determine the material resources required.

2.Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement , work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.

3.Esure that standard operating procedures are adhered to ,and ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.

4.Set product quality standards and monitor quality standards of products and implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.

5. Managing the production reports analyses and quality control to detect and correct problems.

6.Determine and implement improvements to the production process prepare and maintain production reports.

7.Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

8.Estimate production costs, set production budgets, implement and manage production budgets and cost control.

9.Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.

10.Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.

11.Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.

12.Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.

13.Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.

14.Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.

15. Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.

16. Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.

17.Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.

18. Locate or select biodegradable, non-toxic, or other environmentally friendly raw materials for manufacturing processes.

19.Developing quality control processes and designing product specifications and ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.

20.Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production and evaluating final output of products to determine their quality.

21.Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes and rejecting products that fail quality standards.


Requirements1.Degree in Technical Engineering or relevant field.

2.Quality control/Occupational Safety certifications advantageous and Industry-related experience.(such as ISO)

6.Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7.Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
