We are seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer with proven expertise in Primavera and extensive experience in construction contracting companies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Support budget tracking and cost control by integrating schedule updates with financial data.

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in planning, scheduling, and project controls within construction contracting.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory), with strong knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and drive workflow efficiency.
Analytical Thinking: Skilled in identifying delays, risks, and inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making, adaptability, and hands-on approach to project challenges.
