We are looking for a Progress Tracking Engineer, preferably a Civil Engineer, with extensive experience in construction contracting companies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project schedules, managing engineering teams, and overseeing administrative, accounting, and procurement staff to ensure seamless project execution.

Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify delays, risks, and inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and adaptability to project challenges.
