NEWAL is a Turkish brandwhich is a leading provider of home appliances in the consumer products.

  • Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Managing whole operation (Order, Invoice, Logistic, Payment)
  • Risk Management (following receivables of Customers)
  • Coaching Sales team,
  • Conducting regular sales meetings and providing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Preparing and monitoring the sales department budget and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative metrics
  • Managing relations with all partners (Wholeseller, independent dealers etc.)
  • Reporting to HQ ( İstanbul ) regularly.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English or Turkish,( Kurdish and Arabic is must)
  • 10+ years experience,
    • Consumer Electronics/White Goods
    • Having portfolio in North Iraq region (Whole sellers, Retailers)
    • Team Management experience.
  • Proven team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and reporting abilities.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Analytic, enthusiastic, problem solver,
