We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop sales operations within the paints and coatings sector.
This role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on leadership, overseeing retail (showroom) sales operations (B2C) while managing B2B and project based sales channels .
The Sales Manager will play a key role in setting sales direction, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable growth across the Iraqi market.

Identify new market opportunities, geographic expansion areas, and high-potential customer segments.
Sales Operations & Execution Oversee and manage sales performance across all company showrooms (B2C retail sales) , regardless of number or location.
Lead and manage B2B and project-based sales operations , including contractors, corporate clients, and distributors.
Supervise showroom sales teams and ensure consistent sales standards, pricing execution, and customer experience.
Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns across all sales channels.
Relationship & Channel Management Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project owners, consultants, and key retail customers.
Strengthen distribution and dealer networks to increase market coverage and sales penetration.
Coordinate closely with technical, supply chain, and logistics teams to support sales objectives.
Reporting & Performance Management Monitor sales KPIs, showroom performance, and channel profitability.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic market insights for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and brand standards.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of sales experience, preferably within paints, coatings, construction materials, or related industries .
Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution.
Strong background in managing showroom (retail) sales and B2B / project-based sales .
Solid understanding of the Iraqi market, including retail, contractor, and project channels.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Good command of Arabic and English.
