We are currently seeking a field-based Salesperson Representative to join our branch in Sulaymaniyah, supporting both sales activities and product delivery to clients.

With over 12 years of experience, 600+ active clients, and continuous expansion across Iraq, we are committed to performance, innovation, and long-term client relationships.
Main Responsibilities Planning, organizing, and managing all sales-related activities and tasks assigned by the Sales Managers.
Constantly providing assistance and administrative support to the sales team.
Carrying out indoor sales with retail customers and gradually transitioning to outdoor field visits.
Delivering goods to customers as part of the full-service sales cycle.
Forming new clientele through cold visits and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
Replacing a sales colleague when needed and ensuring continuity of service.
Providing product and service information to clients regarding Cyclon, Klueber, and TotalEnergies lubricants.
Managing and updating the customer database and CRM.
Gathering information and preparing quotations/offers.
Issuing cash receipts and invoices, and handling all relevant paperwork.
Registering new clients and suppliers in the ERP system.
Handling and following up on customer orders and inquiries ensuring smooth follow-through until completion.
Updating vendor/customer data and checking for accuracy.
Maintaining proper documentation and processing all paperwork related to sales and operations.
Salary: Starting at 1,100,000 IQD/month.

Training & Onboarding A full month of training at the HQ in Erbil will be required upon hiring.
This includes: In-depth product knowledge Sales process familiarization CRM & ERP training Hands-on field shadowing with senior sales representatives Important Notes Interviews will begin immediately, and the position may be filled before the end of the posting.
A Non-Compete Agreement will be required upon hire.

Proven experience in sales is required.
Valid commercial driver’s license (manual car) – mandatory.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Kurdish (mandatory), English (professional level required), and Arabic (preferred).
Comfortable with technology and data entry in ERP systems.
College diploma or equivalent education preferred.
Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt quickly.
High standards of honesty, loyalty, and business ethics.
Experience working with expat teams or multinational companies is a plus.
