Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our dynamic team in Basra, Iraq, within the Facilities & Property Management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential security risks and implement effective measures to mitigate them. The Security Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and enforce security policies and procedures, conduct regular security assessments, and lead emergency response efforts. A strong understanding of local security regulations and the ability to adapt to evolving threats is essential for success in this position.

1. Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the facilities managed.
2. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
3. Coordinate security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response, to ensure a safe environment for all personnel.

11. Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in security management, preferably within facilities or property management sectors.
