1. Fully supervise the daily duty performance of security personnel to ensure strict compliance with security plans, operating procedures and codes of conduct.
2. Ensure that all on-site personnel comply with safety regulations and provide on-site guidance.
3. Conduct regular patrols, identify and report potential safety hazards and loopholes, and follow up on rectification and improvement.
4. Monitor and maintain security facilities and equipment (access control systems, surveillance systems, fences, etc.) to ensure their normal operation.
In case of emergencies, take charge of on-site command and coordination, activate emergency procedures, guide personnel to safe havens, and contact intervention forces.
5. Act as the on-site liaison to coordinate work between the security team and operational departments.
6. Within the scope of authorized powers, handle interactions with the local community and report relevant situations in a timely manner.
7. Keep detailed records of safety incidents, near-miss accidents and daily activities, and compile reports accordingly.
8. Assist in conducting on-site safety training to ensure that theoretical knowledge is applied in practical operations.
