Job Scope:
The main purpose of this role is to manage the daily tasks
of the company by
providing administrative and clerical support.
Main responsibilities:
-Performing receptionist duties; Greeting and receiving visitors.
-Making/receiving calls, answering phone inquires and handling
complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
-Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking
inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary
supplies at all times.
-Systematically filing important company documents.
-Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing
systems.
-Organizing, scheduling
and facilitating meetings, conferences, and other special events.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Organizational, time management, and scheduling skills.
-Ability to multitask.
-Strong communication skills.
-Attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s in business administration, or any related
field.
-2-5 years of experience.
-Proven experience in an administrative role.
