This role offers an exciting opportunity to support Mercer’s flagship data offering, the Total Remuneration Surveys, across the Middle East region. We will count on you to:



• Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
• Monitor and nurture client relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support.
• Analyze client survey submissions, prepare for survey and spot poll publications, and identify remuneration trends and insights through benchmarking.
• Assist in drafting reports and deliverables to support project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action items to ensure continuity and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with company offerings and strategic initiatives.


What you need to have:



• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in data analytics, client relationship management, customer service, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and stakeholder influence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
