JOB TITLE
Coordinator - Admin | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan
ROLE SUMMARY
The Coordinator – Admin is responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, employees and suppliers.
ROLE PROFILE



  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
  • Retrieve corporate documents, records, reports and maintain records management database system
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and performing basic bookkeeping work
  • Manage and follow up on telephone bills payment
  • Manage diary with all meetings and appointments including appropriate resources and logistics for meetings
  • Distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
  • Prepare business travel and entertainment expenses claims in a timely basis and coordinate with the finance
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a receptionist  
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Communication skills
