·Job Summary:


seeking an experienced, thorough, and insightful cost controller to oversee cost management for our entire company. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability. To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality.


·Duties and Responsibilities:


.1Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges.


.2Preparing and analyzing comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between the project forecasts and the budgets.


.3Organize, monitor, and control project costs and will define project needs for cost control in accordance with contractual requirements, objectives, and Company procedures.


.4Coordinating with other departments such as human resources, payroll, accounting, and finance to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked.


.5Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and will maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts.


.6Proactively advise management when forecasted costs exceed the approved budget and will recommend corrective actions.


.7Able to use statistical tools to analyze cost metrics and perform risk analysis.


.8Attending project meetings and discussions with the external clients if needed.


.9Analyze cost reports and extract required data for management reporting.


.10Prepare and report cost engineering information on a monthly basis and when required for management.


.11Identifying the critical areas and informing the management regarding delays in the project.


.12Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.


.13Provides all cost engineering expertise and coordinates activities as group/unit leader as required in preparation of cost portion of the engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.


.14Reviews and analyzes all claims and Change Orders on project contracts.


.15Participates in the negotiation of project contracts as required.



Requirements

·Professional Experience:


.16-8 years of experience in costing and budgeting especially from oil and gas sector


-2ERP - Microsoft Dynamics AX 365


-Specialized knowledge:


·Excellent Project management skills.


·Managerial Ability.


·Good in planning


·Good in risk forecasting.


·Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.


·To be advanced in preparation.


·Very professional dealing with client and employees.


·Analytical


·Able to meet deadlines


·Work oriented


·Strong management and prioritization skills.


·Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems


·To be familiar with equipment’s operation which are used in plant.
