In this role, you will work collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, asses vendor relationships, and maximize profitability.

Main Responsibilities


  • Monthly product cost tracking and coordination with Business Unit
  •  Cost calculation for products under quotation
  •  Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
  •  Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
  • Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
  • Data analysis and deviation analysis of significant cost positions for the monthly business reports, forecasts, plan and year-to-date.
  • Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
  • Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
  • Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships.
  • Regular monitoring and hedging against foreign exchange currency fluctuations.

Requirements
  • BA in Finance / Accounting
