Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. Will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospects
Role:
Finalize service agreement Follow up with carriers to confirm BOR in place Establish finalized action plans for transition timeline due dates, service plan, and communication protocols Set up weekly transition conference calls Present client with WTW team chart Discuss open/pending claims and finalize claim handling instructions Provide copies of policies, current 5 year claims history, copies of current year applications and any currently issued certificates of insurance Address any outstanding items with carriers Discuss certificate protocols, including special instructions Enter certificate holders into certificate system Pre-renewal strategy discussion for deeper dive into Client's business, risks/exposures

Qualifications



Role:
Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs Knowledge of WTW products and services Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
