In this role, you will play a vital part in protecting our organization from cyber threats by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor security alerts and incidents to quickly identify and address potential breaches.
Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, analyzing logs and other data sources.
Implement and maintain security tools and technologies to enhance our security posture.
Develop and conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses in our systems.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure compliance with security policies and protocols.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Prepare reports on security incidents and offer recommendations for improvement.
Provide support during security audits and assessments.
Class A Health Insurance Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on threat detection and incident response.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, tools, and protocols (e.
g., NIST, ISO 27001, SIEM).
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP are a plus.
