Job Description

As a Document Controller at BIMTEC Consultancy, you will manage and oversee documents for specific projects or the entire organization. You will ensure that proper documents are created according to company standards, that data is accurate, and that documents are stored and backed up appropriately while adhering to retention policies.


Key Tasks:


  • Developing and implementing document control procedures and systems to manage project documentation effectively.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate document exchange, review, and approval.
  • Establishing and maintaining a centralized document repository.
  • Monitoring document workflows and approval processes.
  • Resolving document-related issues, discrepancies, and conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Implementing document control procedures as per company standards.
  • Conducting regular audits and quality checks on document control systems.
  • Generating reports and analyses to monitor document control performance.
  • Proficiently use document control software and tools.

Education:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, or a related field.


Experience: 


+5 Years.  


Knowledge:


Proficiency in document control software and tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms.


Skills:
