Role Overview


The Director of Finance, Middle East will be a strategic business partner and financial leader for our operations across the region. This position will oversee all financial management, planning, reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring the financial integrity and performance of the Middle East business.


Working closely with the Regional VP of Sales & Operations, this role will provide commercial insight, business advice, and decision support to drive sustainable growth and profitability. The position will also maintain a close working relationship with HR to ensure alignment on workforce planning, compensation, and compliance matters across the region.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic & Business Leadership


  • Serve as the primary financial advisor and partner to the Regional VP of Sales & Operations for the Middle East.
  • Contribute to regional strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Provide financial and commercial insights to support business growth, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial implications of operational and strategic decisions.

Financial Management & Reporting


  • Lead all regional financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information in compliance with corporate and local standards.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee regional cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment planning.

Governance, Risk & Compliance


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across the Middle East region.
  • Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities as needed.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and reputation.

Team Leadership & Collaboration


  • Lead and develop the finance team based in Jordan, fostering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the global finance organization to ensure consistency with group standards and policies.

 A leading multinational IT services company headquartered in the United States, with major operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and other global regions looking to hire  


Job Title: Director of Finance, Middle East


Location: Amman, Jordan , Some regional and international travel will be required to support operations in Saudi Arabia and other locations.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including regional or multi-country exposure in the Middle East.
  • Experience within the IT services, technology, or related professional services industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of regional financial regulations, tax frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with commercial and operational leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
